Mrs. Margot Sherrington, RMT

Margot graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy Program at Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta. Margot is also a registered massage therapist with the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta. Before coming to Kinetic Health, Margot worked in her own practice, Myo Care Massage Therapy. She has also been a Customer Service Specialist at Mountain Equipment Co-op, as Acting District Earth Scientist and an Environmental Technician.

Margot has experience in treating a wide array of musculoskeletal conditions such as whiplash, repetitive strain injuries, migraine/tension headaches, and chronic/acute pain. In Margot’s spare time she enjoys doing wilderness based activities with her husband and two wonderful daughters. She also enjoys reading, music and sewing.

Ms. Rebeca Ortega, RMT

Hello, my name is Rebeca Ortega. I got my formal massage training in a private college in Edmonton, Alberta for 1000 hrs.

I have always had a personal interest in massage, but pursued it after being in the health care industry as a nursing attendant. I was inspired by the people I had taken care of to follow my passions.

The best part of being a massage therapist at Kinetic Health is how we are able to ensure that our clients needs are addressed and properly treated by the whole team at Kinetic Health.

Mrs. Patricia Milburn-Barile, RMT

Patricia Milburn-Barile is a licensed and Registered Massage Therapist with the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta and has been in practice for over twelve years.

Her practice mainly focuses on deep tissue therapy but also includes sports and repetitive strain injuries, headaches, neck pain, low back pain, sciatica, arthritis, fibromyalgia, TMJ syndrome, motor vehicle accident injuries, soft tissue dysfunction, muscle and joint pain. She is also a certified Pediatric Massage Therapist.

Some of the techniques Patricia utilizes in her practice include: trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, active and passive release techniques, facilitated stretching, muscle energy techniques, fascial release, deep tissue therapy, relaxation Swedish massage techniques & reflexology.

Patricia enjoys working with young children and people of all ages, from a gentle relaxation to deep tissue therapeutic focus, depending on her client’s needs and objectives.
