Best-selling author, Dr. Brian Abelson, is the Clinical Director of Kinetic Health, an innovative health care facility that places a special focus on getting people back into an active, pain-free lifestyle.

Dr. Abelson also believes in practicing what he preaches. For the last 30 years he has been a marathon runner and triathlete. He has a firm belief in living a holistic life style, but he also believes that life is meant to be lived, and not wasted. Dr. Abelson is a native Calgarian who has been in clinical practice for 20 years. He completed four years of pre-medical study at the University of Calgary, and proceeded to graduate from Palmer Chiropractic in San Jose California with a special award for Clinical Excellence.
Dr. Abelson strongly believes in using an integrated approach to health care, combining the effectiveness of several disciplines, to provide a more rounded approach. He brings a broad, diversified knowledge-base to all his patient treatments, and has advanced training in:
