From East Calgary
- Take McKnight Blvd West.
- Continue onto John Laurie Blvd.

From West Calgary
- Travel East on Crowchild Trail.

- Take the exit (North) onto 53rd Street NW.
- Cross John Laurie Blvd.
- Turn Left onto Edgedale Drive NW.
- Turn Right into the parking lot for Kinetic Health.
From South Calgary
- Travel North on Crowchild Trail.

- Take the exit right for 53rd Street NW and turn right (North).
